Psychologist Brussels – Nicole Di Rupo
My name is Nicole Di Rupo.
After a Master Degree in Clinical psychology at ULB, I started my career in Human Resources as a Consultant.
During this start and to better understand my professional partners, a Master Degree in Management at “Solvay Business School” has been an opportunity to meet other professional environments.
I developed my experience during 17 years in multinational companies. I have been passionate by the complexity of working in an international environment, the cultural diversity and the impact this can have on the organizations. My skills have been used in particular for individual and team coaching, personal development, help in times of stress or crisis management, as well as change management. The positions I held allowed me to address various situations and understand the complexity of such organizations. I have been mandated to bring clear solutions for employees but also for Executives.

This path has developed my strategic vision of the human groups and the impact on any individual in difficulties.
So and after more than 15 years, I decided to add tools to this experience; during 2 years I followed a training in “systemic and brief strategic therapy” at the Gregory Bateson Institute of Liege. The approach is intended to help people in a “non-normative way”. It proposes a concrete and practical approach to solve the problems that are brought by the patients.
During the past years, I had myself to reflect on my professional and personal future; I decided to put my skills to the benefits of the others as an independent psychologist and professional coach. To offer other therapeutic tools to the difficulties encountered by patients, I have also started a training in therapeutic hypnosis (Erikson) at the Belgian school of hypnosis and brief therapy.
As a psychotherapist and coach, I can support for the relief of personal problems, relationship and/or family issues but I can also guide as a coach during a professional change process, and support for any issues encountered in the workplace (stress, burnout, job changes).
My approach is “solutions oriented” to provide a relief for the person as soon as possible.
My working languages are French and English.
