About me

Navigating life’s challenges is hard enough—doing it while feeling like you don’t quite fit anywhere can be even harder.
Maybe you’ve lived in different places and feel rootless, or you’re adjusting to a new environment and struggling to find your footing.
Maybe your mind feels like it never stops, whether from anxiety, ADHD, or the weight of figuring out who you truly are.

Or perhaps you’re at a crossroads—facing big decisions, identity shifts, or deep questions about where your path is leading.

Whatever brought you here, I want you to know: you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s weighing on you, untangle overwhelming thoughts and emotions, and help you move forward with more clarity and self-trust. My approach is holistic and creative, blending modern psychology with deep inner work, while making space for pre-colonial healing wisdom when appropriate.

I work with Humanistic Therapy, but we may also use embodiment and creative techniques to gain deeper insight. I also work with PEAT, a form of Internal Family Systems—a powerful method that helps us befriend the different parts of your mind (your inner child, inner critic, shadow self, etc.), heal your relationship with yourself, and create inner harmony and peace.

Throughout our work together, you will be supported through difficult realizations, develop self-awareness and self-trust, and gain tools to face future challenges with confidence. You’ll re-learn to listen to your intuition, navigate relationships, and make decisions that align with your deepest truth.

As a multilingual therapist (English, French, Spanish) with my own deeply international background, I understand what it’s like to live between identities, question belonging, and seek a sense of home within.

Therapy isn’t about fixing anything—it’s about rediscovering the wholeness that’s already within you. If this resonates, let’s connect.

Couples therapy

When a couple’s situation is such that the two people can no longer put up with each other, or that communication becomes practically impossible or at the least is very difficult, then it is worth calling a counsellor to try and re-establish communication and review the problems.

Psychotherapy sessions

What is fascinating in many of our psychotherapy sessions, is the relatively limited time that is needed before the psychologists understands your problem and has a clear picture of it. When you come to your consultation session and tell your psychologist about your problem, we will first of all consider together how this problem occurs, where it comes from and the impact it has on you and your life.
