About me

We all go through times in life when we feel stuck, as if a fog were blocking our view of the road ahead. Perhaps you’re at a crossroads, faced with a major decision or an important transition. Maybe you’re trying to heal from heartbreak, a loss, or overcome a challenge that feels never-ending.

You might be wondering if it’s time to start fresh or find a new way forward on your current path.

These moments of uncertainty, though difficult, are also invitations for transformation.

Are you ready to explore the truth within yourself, welcome your emotions, and uncover the answers you’ve been searching for?

My approach is person-centred, combining humanistic psychology, creative therapy, and PEAT (a powerful method similar to IFS, which helps integrate the parts of ourselves we tend to reject, to embrace the Shadow and restore inner harmony). I have supported adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds and cultures, helping them navigate transitions, heal emotional wounds, and seek clarity.

In our sessions, I won’t offer pre-made solutions, but together we will co-create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions, aspirations, and the answers already within you. Together, we will identify tools and ideas that resonate with your personal truth. My role is to help you heal and then walk with you on your path toward a life more aligned with who you truly are.

If you’re ready to take this step and discover all that lies within you, I would be honoured to accompany you on this journey. Let’s take the time to connect and see if we are meant to work together.

Couples therapy

When a couple’s situation is such that the two people can no longer put up with each other, or that communication becomes practically impossible or at the least is very difficult, then it is worth calling a counsellor to try and re-establish communication and review the problems.

Psychotherapy sessions

What is fascinating in many of our psychotherapy sessions, is the relatively limited time that is needed before the psychologists understands your problem and has a clear picture of it. When you come to your consultation session and tell your psychologist about your problem, we will first of all consider together how this problem occurs, where it comes from and the impact it has on you and your life.
