About me
I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), specialized in psychopathology and human cognition. My approach is integrative and plural. Depending on the situation, it integrates different dimensions such as neurosciences, cognition, emotion, past and present.
Above all, I want to offer you a safe and non-judgemental space where you can express your problems, feelings or questions. I take into account the person in their singularity and offer personalized support adapted to each one, all in a space of benevolence.
I propose consultations for adolescents and adults having various issues. I’m specialized in the accompaniment and treatment for relationship difficulties, self-esteem or self-confidence, anxiety, depression, burn-out and stress management.
My practice is inspired by cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). By understanding how thoughts, behaviors and emotions interact, I offer you tools and ideas to perceive and welcome your life events from another angle, and to achieve your goals.
Passionate about psychology, I continue to be interested in the latest academic and therapeutic advances. Hence my interest in training, reading and scientific research. In respect of the person and in accordance with the Code of Ethics of Psychologists, I guarantee confidentiality and professional secrecy.
